How do I know if an item is in stock? All items listed on our website are available unless marked as 'Sold Out.' Stock levels update in real time, so if you can add an item to your cart, it's available.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD. Orders below $100 are subject to a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Which countries do you ship to? We ship internationally to customers worldwide, including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, reach out to us at info@stylespherefze.com.

How long does delivery take? As a general guide: USA, UK, EU, Canada & Australia typically receive orders within 7–14 business days. Other international destinations may take 10–18 business days. Times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Are there any customs duties or import taxes? Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Contact us at info@stylespherefze.com to initiate a return.

Do you offer exchanges? Yes. If you'd like a different size, colour, or product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process.

Who covers the return shipping cost? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

How long does it take to process a refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What items are non-returnable? For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
