We offer simple, transparent shipping:

  • For orders below $100:
    Flat shipping rate: $15 (or equivalent in your local currency)

  • For orders $100 or more:
    Free worldwide shipping

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because we operate on a dropshipping model and ship directly from our suppliers and partner warehouses, delivery times may vary by destination:

  • UAE & GCC: 4–8 business days

  • USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (where available).

  • Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are shipped from different partner warehouses.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may require an additional shipping fee to resend the package.
