At Style Sphere FZE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is not as described or you are otherwise not satisfied
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original packaging with all tags/labels attached

Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
Certain hygiene-sensitive or customized items may be non-returnable; if applicable, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@stylespherefze.com with:

The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

The reason for the request

Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged
Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address (this may be our warehouse or a logistics partner, depending on the product and your location).
3. Return Shipping & Fees

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns due to change of mind, size/fit, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–14 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
5. Exchanges
If you would like an exchange (for example, a different size or color), please mention this in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, we may offer a refund instead.
